A US-born franchise, brought to London by 13th Street Hospitality. Sunday in Brooklyn started life in the UK at a prominent corner site in Westbourne Grove. Now famed for its easy-going brunch setting, every day of the week – they have gone on to open a second site in Marylebone.
My task here was to take a suit of brand standards from the original Brooklyn branch and replicate it in the UK, tapping into a network of suppliers in who could deliver on the eclectic style, natural style. I oversaw the supplier mix for the F&B, CCG, branded collateral, and systems, with a goal of keeping us as close to the original as possible (with a few UK twists). I also worked together with the owners to get the site set up ready for launch.
