Crowned No.11 in MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, Kinoya (original outpost in Dubai) was selected to be part of a line-up of outstanding international brands within the most recent renovation of Harrods Dining Hall.
The role on the project was to be Chef Neha Mishra’s ‘feet-on-the-ground’ in the UK, helping her negotiate and navigate the complexities of opening a restaurant in London and Harrods, coordinating import of specialist kitchen equipment, crockery and ingredients, as well as securing visas for multiple members of her core team from Dubai. I set up a network of food and beverage suppliers including tasting and training sessions for the team, arranged bespoke uniforms and coordinated a wide range of printed and manufactured brand collateral, as well as conducting benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform pricing models for the Harrods/UK market.
