For the Maria G’s projects, I worked alongside Pete Warden (TwoOneTwo Hospitality and Hospitality Titans) and Robin Gill (Darby’s, Sorella and Bottle & Rye) to bring to market an upscale in-house restaurant concept for two luxury residential housing developments in Fulham & Kensington.
We pitched against numerous F&B agencies to win the opportunity to develop concepts and manage these sites, including full market research, concept design, supplier sourcing and launch management.
