Happy is a brand which has dominated the casual dining market in Bulgaria for 30 years and now has over 40 sites across Europe. They are quickly becoming recognised as a global brand and have received over 100 international awards. Happy sets its sights on offering the highest quality food within the family-friendly, casual dining sector. 

We worked alongside them through a meticulous supplier sourcing programme, as well as complex international food transportation and storage from CPUs in Bulgaria, to ensure the trust in food standards was maintained across the world. I coordinated the move of a full team from Bulgaria to London and project managed the final restaurant set up. We opened in February 2020 (and after a small pandemic-induced hiatus) it is now one of the busiest restaurants in Piccadilly Circus, with 330 covers it is one of my largest scale projects to date.
