KEF are a British speaker & audio system brand, who operate a series of ‘Experience Locations’ across the world. In London, they opened a ‘Music Gallery’ on Great Portland Street and my role was to define and execute the cafe space within that site.
I undertook market research and competitor analysis to establish local requirement and aspirational positioning for the brand, then got to work delivering the kitchen, counter set up, equipment, menu, suppliers and FOH team to bring it all to life. The result is a beautiful, sleek, high-fidelity coffee shop (KEFé), offering specialist artisan coffee and pastries, in an ultra-cool speaker showroom and event space.
